We have an uncomplicated refund policy for both incident based plans and subscription-based plans. In the subscription based plan, clients can ask for a fully secure in the event that Siterenterprises will unable to resolve the issue within first 15 days of the subscription. If the users have the different issue in the future we will evaluate any request for the refund.

Incident-based plans

  • The customer had all the prerequisites that were necessary to resolve the problem when they need.

  • The claim for security should be made within 15 days that Siterenterprises works on the same issue.

  • If the problem is out of scope for that particular plan, the customer can contact the technical guidance for the refund.
